Maker Profile: Niaksi
Whilst we're closed, we want to do all we can to support the amazing community of makers and small businesses who we are lucky enough to work with, we will be sharing work on our social media and blogs, introducing you to some of the brilliant makers we stock.
Today we get to talk about Niaski, run by Nia Gould. Niaski creates a range of cat based pins, prints, cards and books - they're fab!

Nia's work contains some of our favourite things, bright colours, great design, cats and puns!
Cats are a big part of the Niaski brand, and her range of famous cat based artist pins are some of the most popular items we sell. Frida Catlo is a particular favourite!
"I’ve been interested in design and illustration for as long as I can remember. I started designing professionally in 2001 and graduated with a first-class degree in Graphic Design in 2008 from Falmouth, a university renowned worldwide for art, design and media" - Niaski
"My other love? Cats. There have been five cats in my life who have been a big part of the inspiration behind Niaski - Sampson, Salvador, Socket, Frida and Pablo."
"You’ll find that they have made their way into a lot of my work. As Niaski, I create everything from greetings cards, prints, tote bags, enamel pins and cushions, as well as custom designs and prints for cat owners who want unique illustrations of their furry friends." - Niaski
