Our lost postage date for Christmas will be Friday 20th December, any orders placed after 11am on this date will not be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.
We will be closed from the 24th December and back on the 8th January.
Postage and Packaging
We will always try to get your package to you as quickly efficiently as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days via your chosen delivery method. Our standard delivery is Royal Mail 2nd Class, which aims to be delivered within 2-3 days.
If you need quicker delivery, Royal Mail 1st class will typically arrive next working day.
Charges are calculated to cover our costs including packaging and time, so the price on your parcel may differ from the amount you are charged. We are trying our best to offer the lowest price possible while covering our costs.
You can collect any parcel from our Oxford store at no extra cost. The Shop is open Tuesday to Saturday 11-6pm.
Unfortunately, we are not currently able to offer delivery to locations outside of the UK.
We hope you love everything you buy from us, but understand that returns are a part of life! If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please get in touch to start the returns procedure. You must return the order to us, in its original condition, within 28 days in order to get an exchange or refund.
Please use a secure postal method to return your items, we are not responsible for any items lost in transit during the return. All items must be returned in their original condition.
We are a small independent shop and on occasion may need to offer a refund if we are unable to fulfil your order. We will ensure you are informed asap and offered any suitable alternatives.
